Shipping Times
The shipping period mentioned in the below guide does not include the order processing time. The order processing time usually takes about 2-7 business days , The shipping period, is only for business days excluding the holidays or non-working days. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

BestRugged.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.
