Application
-Seller refers to the website owner – the person to whom the order for the purchase has been given.
-Buyer refers to the person or organization placing the order.

These are the billing terms on which we sell all Services to you. By ordering any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Payment
All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment.
Concept of Sale
The description of the Services and any Goods in our website does not constitute a contractual offer to sell the Services or Goods. When an Order has been submitted on the Website, we can reject it for any reason, although we will try to tell you the reason without delay.
The Order process is set out on the Website. Each step allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting the Order. It is your responsibility to check that you have used the ordering process correctly.
You must ensure that the Order Confirmation is complete and accurate and inform us immediately of any errors. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the Order placed by you. We offer free shipping on all orders. If an item is damaged during shipping, the seller will not be held responsible

Refund/Return Policy
Our refund/ returned policy consists of 4 parts:
- DOA(Defective On Arrival)
- Dislike The Phone Within 14 Days
- Broken Within One Month
- Broken After One Month And Within One Year.
The buyer must contact the seller by email: sales@bestrugged.com before returning a product to us.
Not all merchandise is returnable. Shipping charges incurred for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the buyer.

Cancellation
You can withdraw the Order by telling us before the order is shipped, if you simply wish to change your mind and without giving us a reason, and without incurring any liability.
An order may be canceled up until payment has been processed, whichever is earliest. The buyer is responsible for the payment on all orders canceled after commencement or payment. If your order has been shipped then we can not cancel it.
Complaints
Any complaints about items or the seller should be submitted to our support team. Please email: sales@bestrugged.com. Each case will be looked at individually and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BestRugged.com, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use this Website or your breach of the Terms of Service.
Variation
BestRugged.com shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the Services and/or any page of this Website.
Invalidity
If any part of the Terms of Service is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of the Terms of Service will not be affected all other clauses remaining in full force and effect. So far as possible where any clause/sub-clause or part of a clause/sub-clause can be severed to render the remaining part valid, the clause shall be interpreted accordingly. Alternatively, you agree that the clause shall be rectified and interpreted in such a way that closely resembles the original meaning of the clause /sub-clause as is permitted by law.
Deduction for Goods supplied
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (ie handling the Goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods: eg it goes beyond the sort of handling that might be reasonably allowed in a shop). This is because you are liable for that loss and, if that deduction is not made, you must pay us the amount of that loss.
Timing of reimbursement
If we have not offered to collect the goods, we will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 72 hours after receiving the returned goods.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
